Does OISC regulate all the advice/services provided by Immigration Angels Limited?

Not necessarily. OISC regulates all the UK Immigration related advice.
Education and Career related advice is not regulated by OISC. Any immigration advice not related to United Kingdom is not regulated by the OISC. Administration, Interpretation and facilitation servcies are not regulated by OISC.

At what level you provide advice/services?

As per OISC regulations, advisor's can qualify at any one of the three levels of advice. Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 depending on their qualifications and experience.
We provide advice at Level 1 which means we don't deal with asylum, discretionary and other such applications. Don't worry if we can't deal with your case, we still can signpost or refer you to an advisor who can deal with your case.

Do you work on "No Visa No Fee" basis? Is success guaranteed?

No. The acceptance or refusal of an application is not under our control hence we cannot provide a guarantee of success or "No Visa No fee" service. However if there is an administrative error such as use of wrong form or missing signature etc. then we will either lodge a fresh application without charge or refund the full money. For clarification "administrative error" doesn't include a weak application or lack of any supporting evidence unless it is a mandatory document.

Why do I need to use an Immigration consultant?? Can I not get the information from Internet and do it myself?

No doubt the internet helps you to gather preliminary information and be a more aware client. However, when it comes to immigration applications it is better to seek help of an expert. Do you know 29.1 % (99,415) of all student visa applications were refused by UKBA (United Kingdom Border Agency) in the year April 2007 - March 2008 which is nearly 1 in 3. Any literate person can fill an application form but not everyone can fully understand the immigration rules especially grey areas of the law. We know cases where people made silly mistakes the first time round and by the time they corrected the mistakes and applied for the second time, the rules had changed or they became over age for a certain category and hence no more eligible. Also Employers are willing to wait for 4-6 weeks while a work permit application is being processed but they may not be willing to wait another 4-6 weeks if you need to apply for the second time due to a mistake. You may end up losing a dream job along with Government fees of £900. The fees we charge are very reasonable and overall a very good investment if you think that the least a work permit holder will earn is £20,000 per annum.
